Nor-Shipping is where the maritime and ocean industries meet every two years and the Nor-Shipping Exhibition features around 1,000 of the leading companies within the maritime and ocean business environments.
Hanseaticsoft will be sharing a booth with Lloyds Register (LR) who made a significant investment in the company in 2017.
Nils Andersen, CCO, and Kasper Riedel, Sales Manager, will be on hand to meet with delegates to demonstrate Cloud Fleet Manager, the innovative cloud-based shipping software and to discuss how it is supporting the digital transformation of the shipping industry, allowing companies to streamline business and management processes and achieve greater efficiencies and profitability.

More than 50 shipping companies are using Hanseaticsoft’s Cloud Fleet Manager (CFM), a web-based platform, to manage their fleet. CFM enables them to manage inspections, crew management, purchasing, maintenance and other processes, in real time using apps and mobile devices.
Alexander Buchmann, Managing Director of Hanseaticsoft GmbH says, “Cloud technology is the future of shipping. It has the power to transform how shipping companies of all sizes manage their fleet, driving down costs, improving efficiencies and giving them that all important competitive edge.
“We’re looking forward to meeting delegates in Oslo to showcase Cloud Fleet Manager and highlight the many benefits it can bring to their business. We’re leaders in innovative shipping software and can explain the exciting potential of cloud-based technology now and into the future.”
Notes to editors
Hanseaticsoft was founded in 2009 by Alexander Buchmann. Buchmann and his team gained many years of experience in the software department of a medium-sized shipping company in Hamburg, the third largest container harbour in Europe. With Hanseaticsoft, the idea of a new software concept was finally realised: giving enterprises access to new and efficient technologies by means of intuitive software solutions. Today Hanseaticsoft has more than 50 employees and since March 2017, Lloyd’s Register one of the world’s largest ship classification societies holds a share in the software company.
